This is a beautiful Black elastic waist band layered skirt perfect for that Paso Doble Routine or Practice. It is 5 layers long and the bottom layer is longer than the other 4 layers. It is very easy to shorten but is meant to be a longer skirt. It is machine wash cold and no dryer.  It is available by Special Order in Red but please call us first. This skirt runs on a Misses size scale. International orders are welcomed!
