New for 2018 is this lovely Black Stretch American Smooth Practice Skirt. The skirt is 100% stretch made from a polyester/spandex blend.  It has a 10 inch wide fold over waistband so it’s very versatile if you want to wear it shorter or just unfold the waistband for a longer length. The skirt runs on a Miss's size scale. We are proud this product is made by us in the USA! International orders are welcomed! (Since is made by order allow around 2 weeks for delivery).
